Thanks for your helps maybe the power on button is damaged, try to push it on it's edges or switch off the charger and take out the battery for 5 minutes. Swapping to the harddrive tends to cause stuttering. No Sound is mainly due to the absence of sounddrivers2.

Maybe its because of the wide database of drivers that Windows 7 have. I think this puppy is toast. It was beeping in previous Windows XP as well. I have try to install virtual sound drive but still its not work. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring.
